This festival starts on October 31st with a “CONFERENCE” by the juries.
On FRIDAY 01 and SATURDAY 02 November, we will have the tattoo convention among other surprises for the public and participants at the shopping center Centro Comercial Parque Costazul
Then we close in style on SUNDAY 03 with a party on our YACHTS AND CATAMARANS Of the event
