On March 2 and 3, 2024, the third “Les Mains en Or” Tattoo Convention in Mont-de-Marsan brings together all generations of French tattooing . Arriving in France in 1989, tattoo conventions are real gatherings of tattoo artists and ink enthusiasts. At the time, there were only a handful of people who stuck skins in their bags; tattooing did not have the popularity it has today.
On the program, tattooing of course, reunions, exhibitions, competitions and sharing.
With around thirty tattoo artists, it is part of the history of tattooing in France that we will tell over the space of a weekend in Mont-de-Marsan.
The “Les Mains en Or” Tattoo Convention is organized by the Confluences Musicales association in partnership with Grillon Tatouage .
This event is organized by Confluences Musicales and Yannick Grillon, with the support of the town hall of Mont-de-Marsan and the Landes department, in partnership with: Grillon Tatouage, Bank’s, caféMusic’, Caractères bookstore, Ziklibrenbib, Radio MDM, Landes Sharing, cinema Le Grand Club, Green Oak, Ballet des Muses Events, Sabor Discos…
