The Rouen Tattoo Festival welcomes you for its fourth edition on April 18, 19 and 20, 2025 at the Parc des Expositions in Rouen

The concept is simple and effective: the public comes to meet popular tattoo artists, who sometimes come from the other side of the planet, to get the tattoo of their dreams during the convention.

As for tattoo artists, they come to meet other professionals, share their experience and meet the general public, tattooed or new, curious and interested.
