This is the first time, Hanoi International Tattoo Convention 2016 is taking place at Quan Ngua Stadium.
Quan Ngua Stadium has capacity of over 5000 people, with modern facilities.
A lot of famous Tattoo Artists from Vietnam, Asian and Europe have joined the convention.
Event will take place on the 23th and 24th of June 2016.
